Very good product at this price

Worst printer
I am writing this review after using it for 8 months. I gave it enough time but its important to say this is the worst printer available. Reasons: 1) Very difficult to instal- the software is not available in HP app, you have to install another printer software which doesn't work all the time. 2) The ink soaks up very fast- I could print only 20 pages without the ink going dry. 3) Printing quality is the worst part of all the challenges. it has suddenly stopped printing actual colours and its now printing in negative colours, eg, face is red and hair is blue, blue is green and there is no actual black, its only grey. I am going to throw this one and buy another. Waste of money and time.

Installation of software by service technician
The product is good. However the service technician on call is not available. Last time I complained they offered to give a replacement. This is mot a solution to the problem. What I need is proper installation by service technician since software for HP Deskjet 2338 is no where available on HP site instead they offer software for 2300. What happens with this is Printer works but Scanner does not. Please help
