Absolutely great for resetting different devices in my rack. No more reaching behind and unplugging the barrel connectors. A little pricey, but the construction is top notch. Make sure to get short extension cords so the wall warts will not block the outlets.

To be clear, I am not an electrical engineer. I'm just stating what I see.Arrived in an oversized shipping box from the seller, and padded on all 6 sides with quality bubble wrap.Manufacturer box sealed with tape, and in perfect condition, so definitely gift-able.Entire PDU wrapped in plastic, and suspended within the manufacturer's box by closed-cell foam on both ends.PDU itself is quite heavy for its size, and seems to be very well built.Rocker switches, power outlets, USB-A charging port, and 15A breaker are securely mounted.Action of the rocker switches is firm without slop, have a very positive "feel," and seem to be of impressive quality.Power outlets and the USB-A charging ports tightly grip the connected plug, and also seem to be of impressive quality.Green LEDs on the rocker switches light up when the switch is in the "on" position, and turn off when in the "off" position."Always On" red LED lights up to indicate the PDU is receiving power, and turns off when the PDU is not receiving power.15A breaker seems comparable to similar breakers, but I didn't not test it's functionality.The power cord is thick, flexible, and seems to be up to the job.Only a very few minor items are left on my wish list; an option for a longer power cord, slightly dimmer LEDs, and standard rack mount hardware.Only time will tell, but all indicators give me the impression this PDU will last a very long time.Hands-down, this is an unbeatable value!Reminds me of how things used to be built!Pride in craftsmanship and design!Please don't be dissuaded by the bright LEDs.As you can see in my picture, LEDs 1-3 are dimmer than LED 4. I needed an easy way to power cycle the devices in my home network rack. All the other power bars available seemed to be cheaply made with many negative reviews. This power bar is solidly made. It is much heavier than I anticipated. The switches feel solid and the LED on when power is on is a nice touch. The switches are also wide enough for labels. The two "always on" outlets on the front and back are a nice touch, should I ever need them.For my application, I plugged four devices into the power bar; then the power bar is plugged into my APC UPS. A very nice power distribution setup for my home network, with plenty of room to expand.

The USB ports are misaligned or bent. Everything else is as expected.

It is such a pleasure to deal with a quality, America-based, merchant. The item is extremely high quality, sturdy, and robust. It arrived only 2 days after purchase, despite the ad stating it would take longer. I'm not using it for music, but for a network server rack in my home. Thank you Sam Ash!

I bought this as a remote studio monitor power switch so I wasn't walking all around the room and reaching behind the speakers to hit power switches. But I also put the preamps and keyboards that I don't use often on switches so I'm not cycling those on and off more than necessary. I was a little worried the switches would be noisy or cause a POP when I turned on or off speakers, but so far, they're dead quiet.Unit is solidly built and looks fantastic at any price point. I'm glad I found this unit.

I didn't build my desk for rack mounts, but found this fit nicely in the available opening I had.I've used it to switch battery chargers for handheld radios, my antenna rotors, and several other pieces of equipment in my ham shack!Well made.
