My chaise came on the first day, very pleased about that, and it was box d great. Everything is in a zippered compartment under the base. Put the legs on, very easy. Everything else was slides that fit together. Very easy also. I am very happy. Love the material, color, and the sturdier feel. I didn’t mind that it was a harder feeling cushion because they will soften with use. It’s such a nice looking piece of furniture.

This arrived well ahead of the given delivery date which was great. Super easy to put together. It is soft and comfy but still quite supportive. I purchased for my guest/sewing room so I have a place to do my crocheting away from my pets. So comfy I can take a nap in it.

I thought this would be great for me to sit in and play games or watch tv but it is narrow and hard as a rock. I tried jumping and walking on the cushion while it was on the floor to try and soften it some and I think I just made it angry and t rebelled by staying hard. I wasn't this hard the first time I did the deed.

I was slightly worried about buying a daily use piece of furniture from Amazon, but pleasantly surprised! I bought two of them to sit on each side of my fireplace. Love the color!! Too many times I end up falling asleep on them instead of going to bed.

I purchased this chaise lounge because everywhere near me is currently out of furniture. The recliner that goes with my couch was ordered in September and never arrived. I wasn’t looking for something necessarily cheap, but wasn’t looking to spend $1000 dollars and wait 6+ months for it either.Please learn from me. If you can find literally anything else, please go with that option. I’m not a picky person. I just wanted something I could stretch out on and have room for my dog to lay with me. First, this was packaged horribly. There’s just a slight indent in a piece of wood, very minor and not a huge deal, but be warned.. Second, two of the legs refused to screw in and stay in, so holes had to be drilled. Third, this thing isn’t just firm. It’s rock hard. No exaggeration, it’s like laying on the ground. Fourth, I’m 5’4 and 118 pounds and barely fit on this thing. My feet hang off and I can’t put my arms to my sides without getting stuck, that’s how narrow it is. Also, the back is perfectly straight and this is so stiff, there is no way to snuggle down and get comfy. And last, I just unpacked this today. I’ve sat in it for maybe 10 minutes, and the fabric is already loose and sloppy looking. I would say that this could be used for just looks, but it’s not very attractive either. Considering there weren’t any absolutely horrible reviews, I’m thinking they are fake reviews. I’m keeping it only because the hassle of returning it isn’t worth it.

I’m happy with my purchase, my dog and I have room to cuddle while we watch TV. The only issue I have is that the seating is so low to the ground, I have a hard time getting getting up but I may buy a some risers to help.

I like the look of it and it was really easy to put together. Perfect for my travel trailer. Only thing is it's REALLY firm. WAY too firm. It may take a bit to break in but in the meantime, I am sitting on a cushion on top of my chaise.
