This stuff is amazing!
Anytime a company offers a 50 year gauratee or the full amount of purchasing price back you can bet their product is the truth. The directions are clear & the product works as promised. We had water leaking in at foundation. Our house was built in 1968 & the foundation was poured inside the bricked outer wall. Over time the mortar has crumbled & cracked in places which caused water to seap in at the foundation. After using the Extreme Drylock there has been no more water coming in. After 2 coats I still had 2/3 of the can left in case the problem occurs at other points around the foundation in the future. I am so glad to have found this product!

Could withstand Noahs flood now
Easy to use and apply, but covers less than advertised. About 60 square feet. Dont buy the expensive drylock bristle brush for 40 bucks. Go to home depot and get the same thing for $8.00. I had some water seepage in my basement and a lot of excess humidity. Applied this stuff as directed and the humidifier now accumulates nothing at all and the walls are dry. We also prepped with drylok etch and applied the drylok paste at the floor/wall junction. Very simple, very easy and a cheap, effective solution to a vexing problem. Dont pay for some contractor to rip you off for a bunch of money. Follow the simple instructions on the web site PDF manual and save a bundle.

It works
It works and prevent moisture. What i don't prefer is... it's a white film...not clear. Wish it was clear. Not sure about the durability. Haven't had it on long

Great Product, Great Seller, but check details on quantity
I have used Drylok for years on various concrete surfaces at my home, notably fence post bases, fountains, etc. It is a great product, essentially a very thick, white waterproof paint for concrete. I doubt there's anything better available, in fact. (Always be sure the surface is good and clean before using as per directions). However, there was a mixup in how this this particular product was advertised on Amazon. It indicated this was a "two-pack" of one gallon units, thus I was expecting (naturally enough) two gallons, not one. Considering the price + shipping, this would work out to about $10 less than two gallons would cost locally (approximate savings, as memory serves). Unfortunately, only one gallon arrived; the seller was Ron's Home & Hardware. Good news about this transaction and seller, however..read on. I emailed Ron's via Amazon, in less than an hour they replied with an amazingly satisfactory response and solution...they indicated that, due to complexities in listing the product with various sellers through Amazon that the ad had erroneously indicated "two-pack" when one unit was the intended amount. To remedy the mixup-situation, they indicated in their email that they would provide a full refund, and did not even require that the one gallon be returned. I don't think you can ask any more of a seller than that. Have to give the product itself five stars, and also five stars to Ron's Home & Hardware because of their excellent online customer service.

Easy to apply and ages well.
I've used this product for nearly thirty years to refinish and seal an eight foot diameter based fountain. The fountain is very old and previously leaked due to multiple cracks in the concrete. I used the white finish coat, which usually lasts for two plus years between coats. Each time I need to replace the pump, I use that opportunity to refinish the interior of the fountain. While some others report having used tinting in their product, I was advised to not add any coloring. Anyone's guess as to which is most correct. It is thick so it is very easy to apply. I allow the first coat to dry overnight and then apply additional coats, as needed. Usually I've added water with a few hours and this procedure has not caused any problems. No chipping or flaking has been observed. I've yet to see any other product that appears to be as good as this Drylok product.

Good product.
So far it has done exactly what it says it will do. It stopped the lleak which straight Drylock could not do.

It does the job
Sealed my house foundation and ensured rain from walls ran away from the foundation. It was easy to apply. It was good value and I would buy it again for any other masonry sealing job.
