New 10pc Countersink Drill and Drive system is easy to use and will save time and frustration. Start by inserting the Quick Change magnetic hex drive shaft into your drill. Then choose from #6, #8, 10, or #12 countersink that corresponds with the screw that you are using and insert it into the quick change shaft. Drill your pilot hole all the way down for countersinking or for no countersink stop drilling before it gets to the boreing cone. Once your hole(s) are drilled push and twist the knurled part of the quick change shaft forward to release the drill bit and flip it to the other side which will be preloaded with your correct screw driver bit in order to drive the screw(s) in. No more fumbling in your pockets or behind your ears for bits. Driver bits has a powerful magnet so your screws won't get away from you. Comes with 5 Phillips bits in assorted sizes, but they are replaceable so they can hold torx or square head bits as well. Drill Bits are replaceable as well, just use the back of the quick change shaft which has an allen head set screw built in to loosen the drill bits. Also bit lengths are adjustable so you can make the bit depth longer or shorter to your desired pilot hole depth.

Disappointing quality control in an American made product.
I ordered both the regular flip bit and centering bit for hinges. The shorter flip bit holder is so tight that I need to use a plier to get the bit loose. This makes it pretty useless as a quick change tool. I tried oiling it, but the bit still jams in the holder. The longer one, meant for the hinge centering drill bit, works like a charm. I am using this as the holder for all the bits.The fact that I bought two and only one is usable has resulted in my mediocre rating. If both had worked well, this would be a five star review.Flip bits like these seem to have gone out of fashion and are harder to find. I ordered these as a replacement for several worn out ones that also featured the hex key built into the end of the bit holder, a feature that I've come to appreciate over the years.

Works as expected, eventually
I had a lot of trouble to start with, the spring clip for the locking mechanism was very stiff, and I couldn't get the bit holder in all the way. After multiple tries, it broke loose and ever since has worked as expected. I find this a good replacement for the Dewalt version of this bit holder that disappeared somewhere in my shop, and a tool like this is a huge convenience when driving screws of all kinds.

replacement for my other brand of countersink drill driver
had the same thing in dewalt brand but the shaft got bent due to my drill falling off a ladder, looked everywhere for a replacement then i found this set so far it's working very good I also like that it's made in the u.s.a

So far - so good.
This product is holding up where a few others have failed. All the components are held with set screws. Drill bits needed sharpening before use but the bits are holding up.

Wobbles
Finally got to use this on a project of mine. Opened the hard case box and everything looked good and sharp. I put it together an put it into my drill an double tapped trigger(guy thing) an was like wait a minute. Pulled the trigger again and looked at this bit and it was wobbling. Paid 30 some dollars and it wobbles because its not straight. So bs on that but does work good

Sturdy and dependable
Got this because it was the only exact replacement for my dewalt countersink set I could find when my dewalt set stopped holding the bits properly in the quick connect. It has been good to me through several projects over the last 3 or 4 years, not sure how long I've had it.

Low Quality
Quick connect adapter total waste. Doesn’t lock and hold countersink bit.

Not too bad...
This drill and drive set isn't too bad. It wobbles when installed and not perfectly level (90 degrees) but for sure will get the job done. I have no complaints thus far and I use the set for nearly all of my wood projects. I'd recommend this product again.
