My order was placed on 25th February and I started taking them immediately. Now I can confidently say that this product is amazing. From disturbed sleep 2 - 4 times a night to go to the toilet this has been greatly reduced to one a night and sometimes I wake up and cant remember if I had been up!!. LIFE CHANGING!As iv got older (56) my sleep has got worse over the years broken sleep waking 3 -4 times to pee , very tiring and making me snappy and miserable because of being tired during the day and no engery , these have transformed my life within a few days iv gone from going 3-4 times even though I'd stopped drinking past 6pm made no difference what so ever , on how much i was drinking before bed time , these have helped so much I'm getting a good 6- 7 hours unbroken sleep now , reduces the urgency, going just once about a hour after going to bed ,even though I go before getting into bed , they have been a god send, I'm much more alert ,energy and better mood so I cannot rate these enough , highly recommended for OVERACTIVE BLADDER

I've been taking pumpkin seed oil for some time now but it is difficult to say what effect these are having. At least I'm not getting out of bed several times a night and I'm over 70, nearly! They are easy to swallow, tasteless and seem good value for money but I think I prefer the actual liquid over the capsules.

Excellent price - quality product

I had read about pumpkin seed oil being able to alleviate waking up in the middle of the night to urinate. For me, the upside was that that works, but there are downsides too. I took the recommended dose but half way through the container I started to get a funny taste in my mouth which got worse and I was glad to finish reach the end. I was worried that my breath smelt as bad as it tasted, but no-one said anything. After a little while I realised that it had almost eliminated getting up at night to urinate so I started a second container, but only 5 days on and two days off with no funny taste this time. But this time I got diarrhoea which quickly stopped when I stopped taking the capsules. I've now thrown the rest away. I'm still sleeping through most nights so I'm happy enough.

If you appreciate the health benefits of pumpkin oil, this is a good way to consume them. The caps are easy to handle and swallow, though some may find them a little large. But, just take them one at a time with a little water and you will be fine.They have no taste, and I've not experienced any after-taste either.Do they work ? well everybody's mileage will differ, it is not for me to say. For me, they help, so that is a good thing.

Hard to tell with supplements if they are doing any good, but these don't seem to have any side effects. My wife says her hair and fingernails seem stronger after about a month of use.
