The consistency of this "stuff" isn't solid. It's almost loose and granular in oil. Which suits me down to the ground, it can make a bowl of plain pasta very interesting. I have also dropped a couple of tea spoonfuls into my virgin olive oil to drizzle with. Magical stuff. This morning I put a small amount in my scrambled eggs as I was cooking. Utterly lovely. Will buy again. A magical ingredient.
