Good fit but not OEM compatible
Good fit, packaging was good but is not compatible with OEM parts. The painted back cover from my original mirror does not fit. It is silver so putting on a black one sticks out like a sore thumb. This is not mentioned anywhere in the description of the part. At least not that I can see. This in my opinion should be made extremely clear. Sure the cover can be painted but I think that is out of my skill set. I have gotten products from this company and they make a good product. My disappointment is with the description. I suppose I could look into the return policy.

It was easy to install. All the puns lined up perfect and I used my existing nuts to tighten on to the mirror

Not heated
It’s very difficult to find a non-heated mirror for a decent price. The heated and non-heated have different connectors so I had to find a non-heated one. Most places want a minimum of $100. This one matches my black 2011 Fusion perfectly. Really can’t tell it’s a replacement mirror. Once you pop off the door panel it’s just a couple screws to get the old one off and to unhook the wires. Very easy to replace.
