My productivity has increased exponentially.PRO: Quick, efficient, and easy to use.CON: Have to make minor adjustments to weight occasionally to continue to achieve the same fill results.TIPS: Do not read the directions and try to make sense of them, especially if you are the average person off the street not used to operating such equipment. Turn it on, select “Tare” to clear the weight of the tray. Once your weight shows “0,” set a bottle on it to get the weight of the bottle, i.e., a 10ml bottle typically weighs approximately 23.0 grams. I had to play with the numbers a bit to get the results I required, in regards to how full I needed the bottle to be. I wanted the bottle to be filled up to where it starts to narrow at the neck. I started with a low number so I wouldn’t immediately overfill…10 - select SET then type in 10.0 then select SET again. Press the RUN button to see how far up the bottle was filled. I hit the RUN button 3 times and it was just slightly less than I wanted so I selected SET again, typed in 2.5, then SET again. When I ran the machine I got the exact results I desired, therefore 32.5 was my median go to weight. Most bottles just require me to hit the RUN button each time and filled appropriately but occasionally a bottle will show 22.5, 23.5 etc., for a weight so I adjust my median SET # (32.5) slightly up or down accordingly., i.e., 32 or 33.TIP #2: DO NOT remove bottle prior to fill being completed….the machine will continue to spew liquid out as it is trying to reach the weight you typed in. Simply hit the RUN button again to stop the flow if you need to stop filling mid-cycle.

I normally never get around to writing reviews - but this machine requires it. We have used both digital speed/time and piston driven - never to our satisfaction for accuracy. THIS MACHINE IS ACCURATE - I just completed filling 400 - 30ml bottles - and used EXACTLY 12,000ml +/- 1ml that I started with. I can't ask for better than that.

Seems like a solid machine and am honest effort at quality. Using it for essential oil mixes.
