seenda Ultra Slim Thin Rechargeable Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo with Long Battery Life, Quiet Click, Easy Set-Up for Windows (Space Grey)

I brought this on 2021 and within a year one of the alphabet has stopped working. I somehow managed by keying the specific alphabet from laptop keyboard, now 4 alphabets has stopped working. For this price, i would expect the keybaod to work for atleast 3 to 5 years. There are no water spill and keyboad looks as good as new. I need some help how i can fix this. Shame product this pricy doesnt have any support.

This is the best overseas product, which you can get in India. This is the theanest keyboard i ever used. I would like to mention battery life is more than one month.Please go ahead with this product.

Good Product, has a very slim fitting, very light Classic colour finishing, awesome click of button, good key buttons, chargerable so get rid of batteries, Auto off on standby saves battery power which is a good tech. The Only catch for me on keyboard side 1. The Arrow keys of Up and Down is not comfortable, 2. Function button keys could have been added.

I needed to save space and was tired of dealing with cables, and this was the perfect solution. What I like most about this keyboard and mouse, Is that they are rechargeables, so I don't need to buy batteries (and impact the environment), constantly replace them (if you use rechargeable batteries) or what is worst: any of them going on low power, or the device just turning turn off when I'm working or playing on my computer, and me being affected because of that. This is a great product for a very good price. It is simple to install and to use. The battery durability is awesome, I've been working with this two for 15 days, using my computer all day long (around 12h per day), and they are not even in low power. Other thing I like a lot, is that when I'm not using them, they go to "save battery mode", so they ensure that the battery life is longer. The keyboard is not very big compared to conventional ones, the size is the same of a 15" laptop's keyboard, but it is exactly what I was looking for. Im not giving 5 stars to the keyboard in noise level, because is not as quiet as I expected to be, but is not very noisy either. I use this keyboard and mouse for regular usage and also for gaming and works like a charm. Fully recommended.***Update*** 7/11 Altough the mouse is still working perfectly, the keyboard seems disconfigured, you can turn it on but you cannot type anything. I fully charged it, but the issue persist. I tried to solve the issue contacting Amazon support, but I dont think they know how this keyboard really works, so the solution was to process a refund, which is sad because I truly love this keyboard. *** 7/14 I received support from Seenda directly and now all was solved. Great customer service experience!

The keyboard and mouse has good battery life after a charge. I use it everyday, all the time and it holds for 8-12 weeks.The design is sleek and compact and does not produce much noise while typing.It's smaller than most keyboards and gets the job done.I would recommend this product after using it for 2 or so years.

I've been using this heavily, every day for a few months in my design studio and I am still highly impressed. The color is a great match to Apple's Space Grey, and I've had more than one person convinced that I upgraded to a new Apple keyboard.The look of the mouse compliments the keyboard well, but it doesn't do as convincing an impression of an Apple Magic Mouse. It's obviously matte black plastic on top rather than clear gloss plastic, but it's not trying to be anything else. Actually, out of both the keyboard and the mouse, the mouse is my favorite part of this set. It's beautifully low-profile while still being nice to hold and use for 8 hours per day. Both the keyboard and the mouse are quite accurate considering their low cost. In my design work, I often use a Wacom tablet for work that I need to be ultra-precise, but I have found that this mouse does a pretty good job as well.Battery life for both keyboard and mouse is excellent, and unlike recent Apple mice, it's easy to use the mouse while it is recharging via the front micro USB port. The one thing that takes a little getting used to is that to wake the mouse up, you have to click rather than shake it. However, this is easy to make a habit out of and shouldn't deter anyone from purchasing this set.

UPDATE: 11/24/20After owning and using this keyboard, now, for 2-months, I can definitely say that, at least the unit I own is absolutely the most problematic and frustrating electronic device I've ever used.I regret having bought this, and I even more so regret not returning it within the 30-day limit.My complaint? The profound, chronic, and unresolvable lag and failure to compute the keys that I type. This problem is absolutely not related to distance between the keyboard and its USB signalling device.They keyboard only registers a fraction of the keys that I input, and it does this every few minutes. For example, if I type "hello", the screen will show "hlo" or "h" or something similar. Other times, it does not register *anything* that I've typed, until I wait for 10 or so seconds, then retype the word, and then TWO of the identical words will appear on the screen, as if the second attempt at typing somehow forced the first attempt through.Also, I have a brand new, $3000 Apple laptop, but this problem occurs with my other (also new) Apple laptop, as well as with my new and older Microsoft computers.You might purchase this device through the hope that maybe YOUR unit/device won't be defective as such, and that is exactly the hope that I had and which led me to purchase this in the first place, despite other reviewers warnings. I regret having been so optimistic. I am a grad student, in school for 18-20 hours per day, without the ability to devote time to writing this review, let alone driving around town to have return this device or to try calling the support services or otherwise. I just don't have the time for any of that, literally, but I felt so compelled and disappaointed, and so I'm here writing this, hoping to prevent others from falling into this situation.———————————————————————————————My other wireless keyboard just days ago crashed and died on me, suddenly. So, I bought this with urgent need (one-day shipping), because I’m a medical student, which means having to use multiple monitors and thus requiring a wireless keyboard. Just now, I received this item, shipped by Amazon in a perfect, non-damaged box, only to open box to find the keyboard with a huge dent in the front-middle of the keyboard, which is causing both sides of the keyboard to have risen up. It wobbles and makes a lot of noise while typing. Impossible to use.Now, I’m still in the urgent situation, and it’s effecting my productivity with studying, because clearly no one inspected this item before shipping it to me.Photo attached.
