The actual item is slightly different from the pictures but it does not affect the item function in any way. I am very happy with the wheels. Sturdy and of good quality

Assembly is not turning freely on the vertical axis
The media could not be loaded. In one wheel, the assembly is not turning freely about its vertical axis.The fixing rivet is too tight and the ball bearing jams slightly at one point.The other three pieces are OK.Update on 27-03-2023I ordered a further 16 wheels.In this second order, 6 out of 16 wheels have got jammed vertical bearings and do not freely swivel by 360 degrees

poor quality. waste of money
The outer orange ring breaks off due to poor quality rubber / plastic used. Had to dismantle thru Carpenter to install new different brand wheels. Total waste of money. Don't buy it.
