Ghost Hunt P-SB-7 Spirit Box & Digital Voice Recorder with Free Speaker Included

The sb-7 spirit box works very well and is fairly simple to understand and use. However, I personally removed the antenna by eliminating any extra am/ fm radio frequency chatter during sweeps. By removing the antenna you still will hear some frequency but not near as much. All you need is the white noise/ static. I also use an external speaker with auxiliary cord. I went to the best place I knew of to test if this thing actually works, and that was the cemetary. And let me tell you, it absolutely works. I performed evp sessions with the digital recorder as well as the spirit box and both devices worked amazing. The audio isn't the loudest even with an external speaker, but I plan on using a modified amplifier to hear any activity louder and clearer.

The spirit box came with batteries still in it, dead batteries. It seems to me like it was a return item. The spirit box also had no instructions, and no case. The voice recorder seems new, but the box was ripped at the opening like it had been an open box item. Overall, the items were not as described. Advertised as new but were clearly used items. Oh, and no free speaker included. One positive is the spirit box and recorder do work.

There's really no way of really knowing if this thing really works. You're basically buying it on a hope and a prayer that it will be and do all that you are hoping it will. And for some of you, maybe it did? But for the rest of us it's only a waste of money and gave false hope. I haven't been able to make out anything in the form of communication and so far am left without any answers.

Both work great, just need to get out hunting now.

It is an OK unit. I expected better instructions for use than what came with the radio. I had to spend time on the internet and on Youtube to figure out how to use the unit to connect with the spirit world.
