Tried to use it, but once I laid down some flooring I could hear the sound of the underlay. It didn’t feel right, so I ended up removing it. Might work for others, but personally it wasn’t suitable for my flooring.

Ideal, used for under vinyl floor in hall. Good protection and easy to cut.
