Product works great but outside casing is cheap
The product works great and is easy to use. The only problem I have is the plastic casing on top came cracked and I have to use tape to keep it in place.

Horrible do not buy
First of all it has a very plastic feel... Not the real problem with the machine.We unboxes and read the instructions carefully but would not run. Power switch light lit up and safety switch was engaged but would not spin no matter what we did.Called the number in the manual that went to a completely different company in Italy that said they would have their website up soon??? Then go to the website for customer service and it's a generic website that says to send an email with the issues.This is a scam not a real company and zero ways to get anything addressed if not working. Amazon should not be selling this product. If I'm buying a $5 gadget I don't expect customer service but if I'm buying a multi hundred dollar "commercial" equipment there should be someone I can call.
