Hethstia Shirataki Konjac- Fettuccine, Spaghetti, Rice Variety Pack (9)

Use these in place of regular pasta or rice for low carb diet. They do not taste like pasta, they are pretty tasteless on their own and rather chewy. They do absorb sauces and spices though and I've found them suitable replacement for starches.

This is a good product but if you shop around you might find a less expensive product. Amazon constantly plays games, discounting one brand over another.

I developed diabetes recently and had been searching for a low carb wheat and rice noodles alternate for months. I almost gave up after trying a few different brands of konjac noodles. I gave this brand a try and finally found a good substitute that doesn't feel like rubber and doesn't smell weird. I also like how the variety pack has the rice version too!

I eat shirataki noodles a lot was excited to try a new brand. But most of the noodles I received were dried up and inedible. A couple packages out f the nine were ok. But the others were dried up and very leathery and impossible to chew. I would not by this again.

Variability in product quality. Our last shipment of the Hethstia Konjak noodles we received; the noodles were not the same as we have received in previous Amazon Hethstia orders. The recent shipment of noodles did not seem to have the volume and were very very chewy. We have the product on subscription and will give it one more try. Generally, we very much enjoy the product.

This product delivers great quality and value. It’s easy to use, performs as advertised, and meets expectations. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking reliability and efficiency in their purchase.

I was extremely skeptical at first when I saw these online but I had to try them. I personally can't tell the difference between these and real ramen noodles. You can spice them up a bit with a tasty sauce and you are good to go with low calories. I use these all the time as replacement noodles when I make ramen. This was a great find!

The noodles are fine, no problem there. What annoys me is the stated cost per ounce. The packages are 7.055 net drained weight each. That works out to $.36/ounce NOT the claimed $.27. That is a 25% higher cost than what is advertised.
