Pro-Tec Skate-and-Skateboarding-Helmets Protec B2 Lasek Helmet

Would that I could write a review from the perspective of a skateboarder - but not! At age 81, I have a balance problem - with an occasional knock on the noggin - thus the helmet for protection. May look a little weird toddling around without a skateboard, but for the intended purpose - no complaints! I can find no size adjustment capability, but the "out-of-the-box" XL fit for my size 7 1/2 size head is fine, with just enough room for the Nike Pro Combat Mesh Skull Cap (also purchased from Amazon) for my chrome-dome. Helmet quality is first rate, with the triple density (hard plastic/firm foam/soft foam) protection and a fabric lining that soaks up the work-out sweat. Weight is negligible - hardly know I have it on! Price may be a little daunting, but what is your head worth?

The item that was described when being purchased is different then what was sent. It was described as the old style foam that has no certification, which is what I wanted. What showed up was the new style certified foam that is super rock hard. Yes this is much safer if you take a hard it but when you tap your head lightly I have been knocked out by the foam. It feels as hard as concrete. Please change your description so people know what they are getting. I have sent this item back.Shipping was fast and all good just wrong product

This is the best looking helmet I have ever worn. It fits close to the head and keeps you from looking like mega man. I have had sex 5 time because of this helmet.

Fits like a glove, soft lining (=very comfy) which is very effective in keeping sweat out of yours eyes. Price is good.And works good on wipe outs!

We actually end up returned this item as the size was not fit for my son. But, I was very pleased all the prompt responsible reply and all the return process was smooth. Made me feel very comfortable purchasing through amazon.ca :)
