What is 'one' size and 'fixed' size?

Is a set size for every shoe. The cleats are for the Time brand pedals and they fit in any shoe.

What are the bolt sizes?

I have no idea, but they fit every shoe I’ve had... SIDI, Shimano, NorthWave, TIME, etc. I think they’re all pretty standard.

What is the difference between 'one size' and 'fixed'?

It should say, 'Float' or 'Fixed' . Float being the Time original 2.5mm lateral movement cleat. And Fixed, being just that. No wiggle movement, locked into place.
