This phone was with Verizon service. I couldn't use it. Sold it for half of what I paid. False advertising.

In the Q and A's, it was mentioned that this phone was unlocked to all carriers. Not so for me, it came as a Cricket oriented phone. When people need a new phone, like NOW...this is a huge disappointment. I had programmed the phone in order to make my NEW phone mine...and could not make any calls./ I called the Amazon team and they tried to make things work to NO avail. Amazon Great job but ultimately I had to send the phone back AT MY 15 DOLLAR expense. BAD sellers. Misrepresentation at its best. Skip this seller Y'all.

Product Listed as Unlocked, was in fact locked to Verizon network. Lead time from original order to refund issued is over a month. This is a large inconvenience to the customer. I do not recommend this vendor.

Charging port stopped working and I bought 2 phones and the problem accursed after the extended warranty... I like the LG was this is wrong.

It's a more expensive stylo 4 with a worse battery.

Phone will not connect to WIFI, it is NOT factory unlocked, you MUST have AT&T to use phone, 100% lies on advertising this phone. RETURN is very DIFFICULT you CANNOT just drop off at UPS YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN AND LABELDO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. ITS FRAUD AND JUNK
