I bounce between inositol brands and can never seem to stay consistent due to cost per therapeutic dose for PCOS. I had no idea that my acne could be so related to hormones. I took this and within two weeks my skin was completely clear! Some reviews stated that their pills were only half full, but I have not had any problem. Easy to swallow, no after taste and I can tell it's making a difference in my body.

I got off my lexapro (used to increase serotonin) because of weight gain. UGH Started inositol 4 caps at bedtime with Mercola melatonin spray. Works wonders for me. Makes me drowsy and keeps me sleeping, most of the time. Once every 2 weeks or so I get up at 2 or3 or 4 am. Nothing is perfect. Much better than lexapro.

I used to have wildly irregular periods-for years. From July 2018-June 2019 I had nine periods and only one of them was considered a 'normal' length cycle (<36 days). I started this supplement in July of 2019; It hasn't been a full year yet, but I've had eight of my ten cycles be a 'normal' cycle.
