Actually, I love the whole system. You leave the grip on your flash and when you're ready just drop a flash modifier on it and go. You don't even have to watch what you're doing. It just pops on. Real time saver. And those suckers aren't going anywhere. I have them on all 4 of my AD200s. And my SB-700 flash.

It was a little difficult to stretch it onto the front of my flash, but once it was on there it’s a snug as a bug in a rug. The magnets are very strong and hold the diffuser in place perfectly
