Build Quality is good, product is tooo goood. As always they are big name in RO industry reason is they provide quality product...You can just see and it feels like yes something looks premium and the most important thing is filteration, So it only one day to give feedback but taste of water is quite good.Talking about Insatallation then it is seamless. Technician was well trained and it done its job in less than half an hour and with very cleanliness.Overall Happy with evrything.Thanks Amazon for seamless process.

Got an RO system where the Carbon filter connector was broken.
Wanted to return the parcel because of the broken connector but as I urgently needed the RO machine so I agreed to the engineer's plan to replace the Carbon filter without the L-connector. The engineer was in hurry so didn't show me the water TDS. Product is good but was not happy with the broken part and also unsatisfactory installation.

It's looking good, working fine. But don't order extra filter other company. If you will get suggestions to buy both. Kent installation team will not accept others company filters to install.
