Honest thoughts
I was told I had to stop twirling the knives at work as it made others uncomfortable and it wasn't safe. . . So got this as an adult fidget spinner. I don't have nor inspired to own a real butterfly or bala -whatever knife so can't say how accurate it is for training. But it is pretty fun and feels like "tricks" just more or less happen on there own, plus keeps my hands busy. I figured it would be a wobbly, loose, cheap feeling toy but even with over 6-8 hours a day of flopping, dropping, slamming, twirling, spinning, and flipping, it's as good as the day I got it. I almost want to try to break it at this point but then my bored hands would be lonely.

this is a good basic practice knife but will break after a couple of days of use they need to use better screws and parts, but it is good for beginners

Super fun!
You get what you pay for. It's not top quality. HOWEVER, for an inexpensive trainer, it's great! My 15 yr old LOVES IT! This is his first Balisong trainer, so he didn't have any expectations.It has some weight to it and it swivels freely.

Pretty good balisong
Pretty good balisong especially for the price. Only minor complaint is that it seems to be getting a little loose after a day of flipping it out for practice. Should just be able to tighten the screws though. The grips are easy to hold onto, and the lock works just fine. Has a good weight to it, without being too heavy.Bought for a Spy cosplay, am not dissatisfied at all.

Great fidgeting toy and works fantastic
Work fantastic. My daughter and I have already closed this on our hands more times than we can count on the fingers we were spared from losing. Great item.

cheaply made and fell apart right when I received it
Right when I took it out of the packaging, the small metal bolt popped off (see attached picture). So, with the blade out, the handles are floppy now. Very cheaply put together.
