I love the ergonomic grip on this model which substantially reduces stress while targeting. Very accurate with 9mm clay rounds that I use to repel feral chickens tearing up my flower beds. They get the message after one wallop, live to tell about it, and stay away for good. I switched to lighter .5mm bands to ease the pull-back for better targeting, with no change in accuracy from the heavy 1.2mm bands that came with it. Overall, extremely pleased with the looks and feel of this item. Highly recommended. The price was amazingly low for such a fine product.

Very great material and everything that come with it, can't believe the low cost it was. The bad thing is the design of how the bands go on. the go on flat, they hold but should go on where they are up and down, with them flat if you shoot like you would with a wrist rocket half the time they hit the sling shot when relessd. They are great for a kid that shoots with it upright, and I did figure out how to make it work for me

A pesky bird was abusing my window. Daily, seemingly interminably, for a couple of weeks, he, a male, was pecking with vigour at a double window and a glass sliding door. It is nesting season here, mating season. I did not wish to break up a happy family, just at its inception; I did, though, want to threaten to such an extent that a promise of same was at my command, and wholly evident to my intruder. After but two days of vigilance, and several purposefully very close calls, the bird, still very much alive and well, has decided that he had best take his annoying territoriality elsewhere. I am not a hunter; I am a defender. I wish that bird and every other bird all that may be enjoyed by birds.

After about 10 wild shots, I started hitting the paper from 25 to 30 feet away. I used a bigger (1/2" clay) ball than what came with the slingshot. Had to replace the band after about 100 shots. I dont know if thats normal or not for slingshot use, but I was glad extras came with the kit. Nice weight. Nice wood handle. Fits well. Had an enjoyable afternoon with this. I recommend.Update: I've become VERY accurate with this slingshot after buying better bands and watching some youtube vids. I've taken out over a half dozen chipmunks even a groundhog that was eating my garden at almost 40 feet away using a heavy lead shot. Totally worth it.

This thing is great for price you get. Like the feeling in my hand. Takes some practice shots to line up right but it feel like it’s made to be in your hand. The sights are a nice touch but kinda like doing it deadeye, feel like I break it or it go out of my pocket wrong. The elastic bands are stretchy and got enough power to bust a water bottle( don’t want to imagine anything other then that). Amazing product that your kid will love but the parents may use it more.

Haven’t tried using the sling shot. Therefore cannot fully rate it. But the construction of it is sturdy. Sites seem to be accurate. What are the 2 orange rubber pieces used for?

The sights do not work. It’s just a gimmick. It’s also not crazy powerful. I got it for grouse while I’m hunting so I don’t shoot an arrow or a gun at a grouse. I had the opportunity to shoot at 2 grouse with it. I smacked a grouse in the neck with it at 5 yards and it just flew away. I got some ball bearings to shoot and I thought it would work. But it didn’t. Fun to shoot cans with.
