The media could not be loaded. Poor quality product furnace did not lit up properly. No customer support, calling on the registered number and they are not ready to help at all we asked for replacement they are not ready to replace also very bad experience with this company

Little damage, product is totally different from description

मैंने इस भट्टी को लोहा गलाने में इस्तेमाल किया है यह बहुत ही मजबूत और कारगर है

Received one package mentioned that 2 orders ( gas furnace, set of graphite crucibles), but in that package gas furnace supplied, 2nd order graphite crucible set not supplied.

Broken item recieved.how can I melt with out crusible stand. Every item 6000 rupees item purchased from johnson tool.but now this happened.
