These are loud and powerful! I take it every where, I live in Florida. I feel safe from potential animal attacks and human to lol. I feel safe going anywhere worth my child.

Both came working just fine. Testing them both out and they both give off a very loud noise that would act as a deterrent from anyone, even dogs getting near you.The holsters could be better, they're too small and tight and it forces you to push the stun guns into them. This is more dangerous in the long run as the switch to turn on the stun gun may accidently get turned on and once that holster presses down again the "on" switch you could zap yourself with it.I bought the "Sabre 2-in-1 Tactical Stun Gun" along with this and it does not have this issue with potential to accidently zap yourself. The Sabre version actually has 2 switches, one on the bottom to turn the stun gun on, and the other switch to turn on the electricity for usage without the chance of zapping yourself if you have both of them set off. The stun gun can be disguised as a flashlight as well to make others think you AREN'T carrying a taser so it's more convenient in day to day life than the scary taser look this one has. This is way safer in the long run.Bad news about this taser is that the sound was way weaker and wouldn't be as good as a deterrent as these are. No idea about the strength of either of these yet, but Sabre's boasts a 2.6 microcoulomb strength (the ACTUAL measurements you have to use to determine whether a stun gun will be effective against threats.) This product does not have any info about their microcoulomb measurement, so it really is up in the air whether this will be well worth the money.On the bright side, the loud noise that these taser makes should be enough to scare away others who might be trying to get physical. Unsure I'll return it yet but it'll do for now.

Great for traveling. Fits nicely in my purse. Compact. Easy to use if needed. Blinding light feature good to have. Great price for two.

Great price for 2! Got one for the wife and one for myself. Great features, if someone attempts to grab it out of your hand they will get zapped with the tabs on the side. Awesome!! Lots of stopping power without a doubt.

I've probably bought 5-6 of these , they work good, as far as noise, they also work to keep critters, stray animals out of my yard, I just put in air and scare off many different animals, my dogs go crazy, when opossums , raccoons , stray cats enter our back yard- these help to. Have them move along, don't want dogs, or animals getting hurt, a quick 3 sec burst in air, works good

Thankfully I haven’t used this stun gun on anyone or anything and hope I’m never in a situation where I have to, but once charged it crackles loudly and the electrical arch between the prongs appears bright and strong. It would scare me if I was threatened with it. I recommend on the fear factor alone. The price was reasonable also. I bought a second one for my son who lives in a major city.
