Entertaining
My kids are entertained by this toy. It also helps them learn some coordination. It takes time to master the game but it’s fun to do. Quality is good & price is great.

This game is fun but frustrating with a long learning curve.
I haven't been using this long enough to provide durability or accuracy opinions but it is fun, frustrating and it can be dangerous. I highly recommend wearing safety glasses. I was snapped on the face and in my eye by the sting before I put a pair of safety glasses on. Also, guys watch your nards, this thing can snap back and hit you right in the ol family jewels very hard. I ended up slipping a piece of cardboard in the front of my pants. you can thank my later.

Lots of fun, even if you're not a boxer
This is not an easy skill to pick up, however if you stick with it, it can be very rewarding and fun. I purchased these as a semi-gag gift, however we've had a blast with them and can see how they truly help improve hand / eye coordination

80% of people will think its a waste of money, but I think its GREAT!
When you buy this, within the first 5 minutes you might think "Boy, is this one dumb product." You gotta give it up to whoever made this to be able to attract so many people. The thing is, people like novel things. The newer and more likely to be viral a product is, the more attention its going to get. Now this one is special because it suits not only that, but also suits the purpose of exercise, fitness, hand eye coordination which can be really important in boxing but also all other areas of life. After messing around with the length and how to hit it (using open palms instead of fists, and hitting it back and forth rather than trying to hit it forward), I believe that this has great benefit. I mean it does help you work up a sweat and is GREAT for cardio. However, it requires focus and patience to learn and hone. No matter how you spin it, its not a brilliant invention or anything of that sort. It's a very simple and cheap idea that can have HUGE benefit for FOCUS, Cardiovascular HEALTH, Hand Eye Coordination, and PATIENCE.This thing should be worth about 10 bucks though. It's definitely more value than a Fidget Spinner, but doesn't have the same viral appeal. I think its perfect for me, as I need to spend LESS TIME SITTING, as I work on the computer all day.

I give the YMX Boxing Reflex Set my wholehearted endorsement.
Because of COVID-19, I’ve been stuck at home doing no-equipment bodyweight exercises to stay in shape. I needed some variety in my home workouts so I purchased the YMX Boxing Reflex Ball Set. Since I’m a beginner, there’s no cardio benefit since I’m not moving around. Perhaps when I get more skilled, I’ll be able to move and hit the ball so there’s some cardio involved. There seems to be hundreds of different boxing reflex ball sets on Amazon and eBay, but the YMX offered the most for the same price as the others. Amazon’s 10% off coupon made it an even better price than the others. The YMX Boxing Reflex Ball Set came with two beginner balls and two advance balls with cords attached to each ball; two headbands; four extra cords; and a small carrying bag. For the price that most other vendors charge, the YMX is two complete sets for the price of one.I’ve only had the YMX Boxing Reflex Ball Set for a few days, but in those few days, I’ve found myself using it more and more. With consistent use, I’ve improved so that I can hit (tap) the ball repeatedly for 10-15 seconds. The one important thing is to NOT hit the the ball hard. Instead, use a light tap. You also have to keep your eyes on the ball at all times. It’s also easier to punch down on the ball instead of at shoulder or chest level.YouTube has many tutorial videos on using a boxing reflex ball. It looks easy on YouTube, but if you’re a new user, understand that there is a learning curve and you will struggle. For the price and the enjoyment factor, I give the YMX Boxing Reflex Set my wholehearted endorsement.===== SIX MONTH UPDATE & A RECOMMENDATION FOR THE ADIDAS KNUCKLE PROTECTION ====I’ve been using the YMX Boxing Ultimate Reflex Ball for the past six months. I use it almost daily for 15 minutes. Although the ball is soft, the constant and repetitive impact of the ball on the knuckles makes the knuckles sore. A box glove is too bulky and a hand wrap is too time consuming. I tried using a leather work glove and it worked fine except the elastic cord would sometimes snag on the velcro wrist cinch. Another downside is that the leather work glove is not designed to be worn as a closed fist so my fingers would splay out and the elastic cord would get caught between my fingers. The solution that I found is the “Adidas Knuckle Protection Sleeve / Warp”. I wasn’t sure about the one-size fits all sizing, but I wear a medium glove and the Adidas fits perfectly. The pad thickness is perfect. I can still feel the reflex boxing ball hitting my knuckles, but the padding keeps the knuckles from getting sore. The design of the Adidas Knuckle Protection also makes it easier and more comfortable to maintain a closed fist for a long period of time. The “Adidas Knuckle Protection Sleeve / Warp” might not be suitable for punching a heavy bag, but if you need protection for light punching, this is perfect. The ease of putting it on and taking it off the hands is another advantage over boxing gloves and hand wraps.

Simple & fun.
This is something everyone can use & enjoy. A little cloth & Velcro & you’re in business. Start slow & work up to be best hand eye coordination that you had since you were a kid.

Great focus and hand eye tool !
Great for timing , hand eye , and focus . YOU WILL NOT be good at this right away so before you give it a real shot try not to give a review to scare people off . I have been boxing for 10+ years and this is a great tool , I use it in my warm ups and cool downs and basically any time of the day I can lol I abuse it and it handles it perfectly , seems to be very sturdy and the skill levels really do increase . And when I want a good laugh I let the girlfriend try it out , overall this is great fun for any type of customer.
