This is the worst vidamin D3. Mostsly oil & maybe 1% vitamin D3. I receive it with a EXPIRED DATE 2 MONTH. I call the company on the bottle. The company dont even know that brand because they have 100's of catchy name brand. Employees in florida dont speak english & very confuse. Dont understand why they have to add weird unnecessary ingredients. I RETURN IT FOR A REFUND. Dont buy this brand product.
