Heavy duty .. Good quality
Great quality. I love it. It was a little stiff at first but once it's broken in, its great. It gives me an extra range of motion on Facepulls for that extra pump.

plastic ends seem cheap.I have an older one but shorter with rubber ends.

The rope was not 36 inches
I ordered the 36 inch tricep rope but the rope that I received was only 34 inches. I measured it from end to end!
