I purchased multiple boxes of this wheat straw often for various uses and I cannot say enough fabulous things. This wheat straw is by far superior to others being sold on Amazon, you can tell that it was just harvested. This straw is clean and beautiful. I used this straw in my chicken coop they love it! I also used it in my out door cats housing and they have never been happier, lastly I used this in my tomato garden for extra organic matter and my tomatoes have never looked better. I am happy to support farmers directly! I highly recommend this straw and will be purchasing again!

This product was purchased to use for feral cat colonies during the cold months. The quality of the product is number one, beautiful. However, was a fairly small box, shipping labels said 4 lb and the ad says 5 lb. Was not much at all for almost $28! I suggest shop around locally.

I spread this on the bottom of my bunnies hutch to keep them warm and comfortable through the winter. It was easy to maneuver and place in just the correct way as to not get in the way of the door.

First of all the photo that's being used is totally misleading, those are full-size bales of hay. Secondly, It is advertised that the bales are 5lbs, not so, mine weighed (in the box it was shipped in) 4lbs 9.4oz, I'm willing to bet that I probably only received 3.5 to 3.75lbs of hay, That's roughly $8.00. . I paid $29.99+tx totaling $32+ change, Amazon is only refunding me $23.53 another $9.00 up in smoke. To be honest, It's all my fault because I should have read the description instead of relying on the photo, my bad.

I want thank gegen stripe for the wheat straw. My brother in Virginia suggested the wheat straw to retain the moisture for the squash that i planted. Hete in South Texas has been very hot and tje straw will definitely help. Thank you very much for your product. God bless and continue to prosper.

We made two purchases from New Harvest. The first order was for 3 5lb orders. They came in one larger box and we were satisfied there was what we felt was 15lb of product. We were so happy with the product we order 2 more 5lb orders. The two came in much smaller boxes and when opened there was straw grass lightly / sparingly placed in each box. I truly do not believe there was even 2.5 lbs. total in ea. box.

Horrible. Total falsehood. This is Not a bale of straw. .. Its a BOX of straw 1'by 1' 1/2' BOX.... For 25.00 bucks. Total rip off.And they want me to send it back. Haha.Really it's like send back dirt out of your yard. What a joke!
