I bought 3 of these for a lat pull system and a cable row system in my home gym. They work really well. They make no noise and seem to have no friction. These are really great pulleys.

Ive got a couple of these hanging from the rafters in my basement connected to the rafters with eye hooks and properly weight rated eye hooks and using cables and loading pins. getting fantastic workouts after moving to this from the rubber band nonsense. only thing i wish these had was a little tab that ive seen on some pullys to guide and keep the cable lowered down on the pully when there is no slack on the line.

Bought 3 of these pulleys. Used 2 for a homemade high cable crossover using my spotter arms attached to the highest hole setting on my power rack. Smooth function. The third I used by attaching to a 2 by 4 piece of wood for a home made belt squat using pull boxes I built and the pully system I have attatched to my power rack. Pulleys seem to be of good quality and arevworking great in these two applications. For the money can’t be beat. Will have to see how they hold up over time

Tried using crappy tiny little pulleys from Home Depot which failed miserably. These are awesome. Just like being in the gym. Smooth action, noiseless, no need to oil them. Same resistance up or down, no drag. Awesome!

I have three of these that I use in my home gym setup. They're strong, smooth, and silent. No squeaks at all. No dragging feeling at all. I've used them to pull over 200 lbs with no issues. They really do the job well. My problem with them is that they aren't dummy-proof, and sometimes I'm a dummy. There's a fairly big gap between the wheel and the sidewall where the cable can get stuck if you aren't careful. If the cable is in the groove and there's tension on it, there are zero problems while you're using it. It's when you're changing out weights that things can go wrong. You change them out, there's slack on the cable for a while, and it often jumps out of one or more tracks on a pulley. You have to check each pulley EVERY SINGLE TIME before lifting again to make sure the cable is in the grooves where it needs to be. If you don't, there are problems. So far I've forgotten to do that twice, and each time the cable got stuck and the cheap coating got chewed up. (The cable you see in the pics is 3/4") I may start looking for a different pulley that doesn't have such a big gap to deal with. I admit this is user error, and it's the only problem I have with these things. If you're confident in your ability to remember to check 100% of the time, or if you're going to use them in a setup where there will never be any slack, then I absolutely recommend these pulleys. They've been everything I could want in a pulley otherwise.

Exactly what I was looking for from a pulley. Also simple construction that's easy to work with, sometimes constructs like this can be a bit more complicated than necessary and cumbersome or easy to break as a result.

Initially bought a Home Depot pulley for a lay pull down system.. they are absolute garbage.. I decided to buy this pulley and it is night and day.. It is very quiet and have been working great.

I replaced some pulleys I got at Home depot with these and the difference is like night and day. These are so smooth and the cables glide effortlessly. Great addition to my DIY home gym cable system!

Das Produkt kam wie angegeben innerhalb von 2 Tagen mit anderen Produkten als Sammelbestellung. Eine einfache Tüte mit Sipverschluss war vollkommen ausreichend und verringert den Verpackungsmüll. Die Seilrolle erscheint robust und gut verarbeitet, ich habe mich bewusst für eine Kunststoffrolle entschieden, da diese leiser ist und geschmeidiger wirkt. Ich mit dieser Rolle im Heimbereich einen Kabelzug gebaut, hierfür ist die Rolle sehr gut geeignet. Darüberhinaus passen die gebräuchlichen Seil und genutzten Kabel problemlos durch. Bei regelmäßiger Nutzung 3-4 Mal die Woche bei einer Belastung von bislang max. 30 kg bleibt sie robust und funktionstüchtig. Insgesamt lohnt sich der Kauf des Produktes für den Heim-Hobby-Hobbybreich und glänzt mit simpler aber robuster Struktur.

Har minst 5 sådana här till hemmariggat kabelsystem för hemmagym. fungerar suveränt med vajer som också finns på amazon.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour ces grandes poulies, solides, et livrées avec 2 grands mousquetons et 2 larges sangles. J'ai commandé 2 kits de 2 poulies + 1 poulie seule chez le même vendeur afin d'équiper un rack de musculation (l'excellent rack 900 de chez Decath') en poulies d'angles. Soit 4 poulies à chacun des angles du rack et une poulie accrochée à la poulie basse du rack. Et ça fonctionne très bien pour un total d'environ 100€ les 5 poulies. Ainsi mon rack 900 évolue et me permet de multiplier les exercices notamment pour le travail des pectoraux et du dos. Dans cette optique vous aurez besoin également d'un long câble et de 2 poignées que vous trouvez sans problème sur Amazon. Quant à l'expédition, j'ai reçu le tout en 48h. Génial ! ;)

Ho comprato queste carrucole per poter realizzare attrezzature da palestra per casa. Sono molto creativo e volevo realizzare un attrezzo che mi permettesse di allenarmi a casa. Ho scelto queste carrucole perchè in loro trovavo tutte le caratteristiche principali che cercavo in questo tipo di prodotto: 1)Robustezza 2)Dimensioni 3)Fluidità L'ho utilizzata come carrucola mobile per avere la possibilità di muovere il cavo in base alla mia posizione Ancora oggi li reputo ottime e lavorano perfettamente. Il carico che sono sottoposte è considerevole 120 Kg e non hanno mai dato segni di cedimento. Li consiglio !!

The quality is good enough. I have personally tested it with 100kg and it held that. But I woulnd't trust it with much more than that. I think their specified 200kg is the breaking load and not the working load. Probably going to upgrade to the bells of steel pulley.
