Best green cardamom I've had for long time.
I eat a lot of spiced food and have been dissatisfied with the quality of supermarket whole spices for some time. I wondered if it was my sense of taste/smell failing, but since discovering BanyanTree I'm thinking that the supermarket offerings - either own brand or from mass producers - are simply poor quality.There was an immediate rush of scent on opening this bag of cardamoms and tonight I made a batch of garam masala which reminded me of how it used to be. I can wholeheartedly recommend!On the downside, more expensive gram for gram than alternative sources, but worth it for the superior fragrance for me.

Very pungent, in a good way.
The strong taste may not be for everybody, but they go great mixed in with rice in a spicy dish and also so do a great job in clearing my sinuses during a cold.

Amazing aroma!
These are properly green, strongly aromatic cardamom pods, not like the faded ones with hardly any aroma or flavour you get in the supermarket. I made some Chai tea with these and the depth of flavour was incredible! Buy buy buy!

Packaging different than what is shown on item description. Roughly half the pods are dried up...just average to below average quality.

Celles ci sont d'un vert beaucoup plus éclatant synonyme de fraîcheur, plus grosses égalementElles sont bien charnues et très goutues.Je les fais en tisanes ou je crique directement les grains et ceux ci ne sont pas secs à l'ouverture de la cosse
