Sunlite Sports Water Fitness Gear, Foam Weights and Neoprene Swim Gloves for Aqua Exercise and Therapy

I read every negative review before making this purchase. Sure, they’re large for a person with a small hand (like myself) but they’re not custom gloves. It’s one size fits all, and that’s ok. I’m a 53 yo female and had open heart surgery a few years ago. I’m in good health otherwise, and have been really focused on fitness post surgery. I eat clean and count my macros. Having said that, I bought these gloves and some other aquatic workout equipment to step up my fitness game. These gloves are great. Sure they’re big, but I think that helps with resistance while swimming. They’re holding up pretty well in the water as well. I’m sold!

One Year update: After using these for about 8 months the rubberized surface on the palms started to tear, now at the one year mark I just can’t use them. I was hoping for more longevity out of them. I ordered large and they were a little too big for my hands (my hand measures 8" the base of my 4 fingers at the knuckle level) so they didn’t tear because I was trying to tug on a too small glove. And after using them for a year I’ve decided to go back to plastic paddle because I believe they provide more resistance in the water. Original review: I teach a water aerobics class and we’ve been using plastic paddles held on by rubber tubing straps. The straps irritated my arthritic fingers so when I saw theses gloves I knew that was the answer. I was so excited when I got to the pool until I put them on…. That’s when I realized I’d received 2 right handed gloves. They have a rubberized coating on the palm for traction (to hold on to a rail or swim ladder) but I had to use one glove backwards. It fit but not comfortably. The rubber coating was on the back of my left hand. Hopefully the company will resolve this issue with me and when they do I will update this review. UPDATE: I called the company and the representative was very apologetic about the mix-up. He sent another pair immediately. Great product and great service! 2nd Update: I originally bought these in May 2022. I use them three times a week for water aerobics and today in January 2023. The palm of one glove split open so they lasted under a year.

These are great for aqua aerobics though they seem to loosen after in water. I have smaller hands and it'd be nice if there were sizes

Wonderful way to use muscles in your arms more efficiently while swimming. They fit great and are very comfortable to wear.

I loved the dumbbell, they were the perfect weight, not too light and not too heavy for water exercise classes. The gloves are OK cheaper than speedo, but not the same quality as speedo you have to spend more to get Speedo quality that covers most of your finger, giving more resistance for a better workout.

I use for water aerobics. These gloves give more resistance in the water. I feel like I get a better work out when using them. This is the second pair I have purchased.

Works great, durable and comfortable.
