I have really noticed a difference with these vitamins- and I've never noticed feeling better just by taking a vitamin- but I noticed I felt better- more energy, sleeping better, feeling more awake, even calmer, witin the first week of taking these. I notice when I miss a day. I love these vitamins- they are definately the best multi's you can buy for less than 20$. also- I'm GF so its good to note that these contain no wheat. These are the best vitamins I have found that worked well for myself. After a few weeks, I started feeling better than previous brands I have tried that I took for a longer period of time. I found these on a supplement app I have that rates different vitamins on various things like quality, testing, and certifications. The value and quality are great for my budget. The only problem I could possibly have is the size of the pill. I'm sure using a pill cutter will help on days it would be difficult to swallow whole. Definitely make sure you are drinking plenty of water with these as well.

These are good vitamins. A small disclaimer is once the pill starts to break down and dissolve your urine is neon yellow. DRINK ALOT OF WATER to flush system...I take these with sea moss gel so much energy!!!

I want to start by saying I originally just wanted a multivitamin that would work well with my individual vitamin supplements, and after some research, i found this. I liked that it includes fruits, vegetables, and mushrooms that are beneficial, as well as digestive enzymes and some hair/skin/nails supplements so i don't have to find separate supplements for all that. I recently heard from a friend about folic acid, which is recommended for pre-natal and lots of other vitamin-enriched things, but now thanks to my friend, i understand why folate is so much better than folic acid, and I was originally thrilled thinking this vitamin used L-5-MTHL Folate since the Folate line only said "Folate". I just recently realized while looking again that the words "Folic Acid" are off to the right underneath the mg amount, so I was initially incorrect and am quite disappointed now. For those who previously read this review and saw that it said it did not use folic acid, I apologize for my mistake.

I have problems with upset stomach after taking vitamins. I still take these with food but no upset stomach or nausea. These vitamins provide everything I need in a vitamin! They also give an energy boost.

I've been using these for years and I'm very happy with them. They always arrive on time the quality is very reliable and consistent. I've tried other brands, but these are by far the best I have found.

Vitamines efficaces. Elles ont eu un effet sur ma forme en générale et sur les cheveux qui sont devenus moins cassants. Cependant les comprimés sont fortement dosés, j'ai senti une fatigue des reins à partir de la quatrième semaine de consommation, il faut donc boire beaucoup d'eau.

J'en prends régulièrement et suite à des pbs médicaux il a fallut doser quelques vitamines et le fer : les résultats sont au niveau. Je recommande ce produit.
