I like this. I take this for blood sugar support and they work well for me. This is a good product. Good quantity in the bottle. I usually use several capsules/day.

These cinnamon pills are good, but they aren't 9000mg. They are only 4500. Its 9000 per serving. But they are still worth the money.

One of the main problems with some supplements is the aftertaste once they dissolve. These don't cause that problem. Taking these capsules is easy and they seem to work well.

I've been using cinnamon (2 capsules a day) for almost a year now and I've only been sick once. There have been multiple rounds of things going through the office and my kids school and it was kind of nice not to be constantly battling one variety of illnesses or another.
