I bought these for my knees whenever I do pushups or stretches. My knees are grateful for the padding these provide. Can't imagine not having these.

I use it during pilates for my knees but also my wrists during planks.

These are wonderful from my yoga classes helps so I don't strain my wrists the only negatives they have a very rubbery smell to them.

These are just the right degree of softness for protection and to use and move out of easily. I am a small female so check the diameter as they are a bit large for my knee or hands, but they still work nicely. And they are a big help when knee must support weight.

I’ve been using these for about a month now, because when I do Yoga/Pilates my wrists can take a beating… I debated whether to buy gloves with pads in them or something like this, in the end I’m glad I got these, so I don’t have to wear gloves that would be sweaty… My biggest worry was that they would not stay in place, when I was doing something like downward facing dog, but I’m happy to report that they stay in place 97% of the time… Occasionally, there’s a little slippage, but on the yoga mat I got which has a slight bit of texture to it, they really stick and don’t travel… it’s possible if you get a yoga mat that is more smooth there might be a little more slippage, but they’re worth trying.
