I've been taking these for about a year now. I have ulcerative colitis and ibs. I've been in a flare of my disease for about 3 years and am taking other prescription meds (which mostly don't work). Recently started taking 2 a day instead of just one and have upped my turmeric and other anti inflammatory foods in general. I'm better than I was. Don't want to risk stopping taking these.... Just in case!

High Potency UK Made Boswellia & Turmeric Complex Supplement
I'm trying this Boswellia & Turmeric complex and so far I'm pleased. The curcumin content seems high potency, and it's good that the boswellic acid also has a strong concentration. Appreciate that it's UK-made and comes in a 90 capsule bottle.
