My son and his girlfriend are trying to get back in to their clean eating and gym routine now the services are open once more and my daughter in law thought resistance bands may help burn some booty.I had purchased resistance bands with hooks to hold on to, but found that these could get quite heavy to transport and she just wanted something that she could chuck in her bag and use at any time. She specifically wanted to target her legs, bum and lower back as she has pains here and has been advised that resistance exercises would benefit her. In light of covid, she is wary of using gym equipment that may not be cleaned between users and preferred to get a set of her own, although my son has already got his eye on the high strength, smaller band to help rebuild his "guns" lolConveniently stored in a small carry bag with drawstring ties, there are 3 bands - largest has the least resistance through to the smallest making your efforts much more difficult. The bands are made of a towelling material, so are easy to wash and are very comfortable to use - whether or not you use them over leggings or bare legs. Please be aware that the towelling does leave a little fluff/loose strands on your clothes initially, but this is easily brushed off.If you are new to exercising with resistance, I would suggest that you start with just a few reps with the bands - they don't seem to look very much, but they really do bump up your leg exercises.

These came neatly packed, with their own carrying bag and a little booklet for exercises.The quality is excellent, and the bands are so much more challenging than any of those rubber resistance bands. I was looking to replace the set of rubber rb's I had, but didn't want ones that would risk breaking or stretching out.These are totally worth it. Bands look sturdy and I liked that I was able to find use for all 3 of them.Stays in place and very well made. Doesn't roll while working out. Gives the resistance I need for my exercises. Comes in 3 different sizes for more resistances. Plus very comfortable. I highly recommend them!I’ve read some reviews for other bands to be way too tight for smaller sizes and way too flexible for bigger sizes, so I was really curious to see how they’ll fit. I loved all 3! What I found different from most bands of this type that I viewed is that the grippy part inside is woven with what looks like a rubber thread. This could be better than having them instead of glued rubber stripes. Even though this band had less reviews than some others, it had positive reviews. So, I’m glad I chose this one.

Great products, suitable for various types of fitness training. Doesn’t roll up like rubber bands which was a big bug bare for me.

These are pretty good, they add resistance to make your workout tougher.I initially had a problem with the large size slipping down my thighs - my workout leggings are very smooth and slippery. I used the medium and didn’t have the issue, so choosing the right size for you is key! I also found that using the band on my bare legs (I wore shorts) meant that the band didn’t slip as much either. Good quality product, well stitched together.

These bands are varied in strength so you can experiment with your routines. Happy exercising !
