Really works.
I've used this product on my dog in the past and because it was so expensive I quit after a few months. I tried 3 other brands and those brands either left my dog with vomiting, diarrhea or chewing on his paws so much it was like he was chewing on a bone. I also noticed his constant digging of his ears so much that he would actually be in pain from the constant scratching. For a week now my dog has been back on Purina Pro Plan vitamins and I've noticed no more chewing of the paws, no more scratching of the ears no diarrhea and no vomiting. He is back to normal. I will never switch to anything else. That is my promise to my boy and to Purina. Thank you for making such a good product.

Wasn't sure it was working until recently
The dog I got these powders for is an anxious, highly reactive, former street dog from Romania - he is generally on full alert most of the time, and it takes a lot for him to relax. I noticed a nice consistent improvement in his tummy (sometimes he holds it until he can't anymore, because he is too anxious to go outside in the yard to go to the loo when it's windy, or raining, or there's too much noise somewhere nearby in the neighbourhood) so that was great. Then, after about 3 weeks, I started to notice he seemed more relaxed, more at ease at home. He was sleeping/napping more heavily (instead of waking for the slightest noise or movement near him) like he did when he first joined our pack many years ago and we walked daily 5-6 miles. I've had to cut back on walking for various reasons (time, place to walk, and aging dogs) but I have recently made an effort to keep a more consistent routine for him, and this has also helped. So, this extra exercise and routine may also be helping, but I think the MAIN factor that lets me know that these powders are doing something positive is when out walking, he is 100 times better when dealing with other dogs being walked near us. He is calmer, more easily distracted by treats (focuses nicely instead of worrying about the other dog) and he's not had any of his reactive outbursts in at least 2 weeks now. It's a subtle change, but I have definitely noticed it. I will DEFINITELY be keeping up with this product, as I think it will continue to benefit my dog. I may even get a box for my other dog, as she's a little hyper and crazy and a bit anxious as well.

Expensive but it does help!
I researched a lot of products and read so many reviews. Most said this didn’t work or that didn’t work or made the dog sick. I was fearful and did not want to experience that. I landed on this product and another product. The price is hefty in my opinion but the results are worth it. I have an older dog. She’s 16. If she hears a noise she’s up, if I get it up she follows me. She would get up at three 3 AM and just pace around looking for me. Since giving her this supplement that has all stopped. She sleeps through the night and 90% has stopped following me around. I give her this supplement at her meal time and then at night I give her a calming treat. That seems to be a winning combination for me. No sickness or anything like that. The first week she did have a behavioral issue with going to the bathroom inside the house. That stopped after the first week. I also read that in other reviews so expected that to happen. Over all, this has changed her life and mine for the better. She is able to relax without losing her personality. She sleeps a lot but she is 16 and should be doing that at this stage in her life. This was a safe choice that worked for my dog who suffers from anxiety.

WHAT A GAME CHANGER!!! Seriously!
I have a a mixed breed dog (Yorkie, shitzu, and chihuahua) that's 20lb and 12 yrs old. He has always had a sensitive stomach and uhm, not to be gross but pooping issues. They were never a nice solid healthy poop. When the vet recommended it a few years back...let me say...WOW. The probiotic was an instant game changer. He now has healthy poops lol. I also started giving it my other dog (also mixed and 2.5 yrs old) to keep her gut healthy. They both have no issues with it and eat it like a treat!-they both like the flavor. NOTE: If you have a picky eater, recommend the tablet vs the powder. My senior dog wouldn't eat his food with the powder mixed in (I tried kibble and kibble with wet) but the tablet he gobbles up. Also, the powder easily goes up their noses when they are curious to know what the powder is on their food.

Good product
Love this product. My dog takes it every day. I tried discontinuing it to see if she still needed it. She did and product is still effective 4 years later.

Just One Week In And Already A Difference!
My dog Josie is a rescue dog, she's a black lab mix, I got her in November when she was 8 months old. She was abused and was a very anxious dog. She hates being indoors because she feels trapped it seems. You can imagine this is a problem since I need her to be an inside dog. Over the course of a few months I have managed to get her to be as comfortable as she can be inside. Taking her for walks and to the dog park everyday was the key to that. But lately, the last month or so in particular, she has started to regress. She no longer will even come into my bedroom because she feels trapped having only one exit (I assume). I would prefer if she slept on the bed with me at night but she hasn't done that now in weeks. Worse, she has started to bark at people, something she never had done before. She even growled aggressively at my 8 year old nephew. She just was in a bad place. I knew something had to be done. So I decided to try this, expensive, but I was desperate. The change was subtle but really was noticeable even on the second day. She started to come into by bedroom just a little bit at a time, peaking her head in the door. The next day, she stayed longer. The next day, she jumped on my bed. Slow and steady, but progress all the same. At this point, just after a week, she hasn't barked at anybody in a few days now despite going to the park a few times. In fact as I type this review, she is currently laying down on my bed peacefully, something she hasn't done in at least a month. So I'm impressed! I'm going to keep going forward with this. I'll update my review if anything changes, but so far very good results. My hope is that she'll sleep in the room again eventually, but, even if she doesn't, the changes she's already going through are well worth the money and time for me. I'll add at first she didn't want to take this. I mixed it in wet dog food and she knew something was off and wouldn't touch it. So I left it out and walked away thinking maybe she'd try again later. She did, it was gone some hours later. The next day she went ahead and just ate it right up and it no longer seems to bother her. Also on a plus side, her bowel movements seem to be a bit less runny and more large and thick like they should be so that's a major plus as well! UPDATE SECOND WEEK Things are going great. Even at this point she almost seems like a different dog. She's more gentle, more cuddly, she's spending a lot more time next to me like laying on the floor next to my bed, as opposed to distancing herself in private. Her mind just isn't as consumed with her anxiety. Her behavior at the park with barking continues to improve and she listens better. 1 MONTH Even still I'm seeing positive signs in her behavior. Last night I woke up at about 1AM to find her sleeping on the bed next to me. She hasn't done that in months. Just be mindful that when a dog loses some anxiety, some other less desired personality traits might come forward. For example, she's been chasing the cats more and wants to play all day long, she just has so much energy. That's because she's not living in fear anymore. I'll take it!
