Created By Nature Sunflower Seeds to Plant, 9-Variety Sunflower Seed Mix, 1,000 Seeds

Beautiful blooms! I had awesome sunflowers growing all year long. They added beauty to my garden and food for wild birds and pollinators. These seeds performed very well in my garden. I was able to trade some with friends for other seed varieties.

I purchased these to make a living privacy fence between us and the next yard. I’m pretty sure most of the seeds germinated! They popped up quickly and strong. They did not take much prep, I poured all the seeds in a small trench I made about 2 inches deep. I’m looking forward to seeing them all grown. I would buy these again.

I thought it a mix of more colors but was regular color and dark brown . Small flower.

Love these seeds! 2nd year buying them! I don’t know what’s done to these seeds before being packaged up, but boy, are these something else! I plant in a pot first so that they have a chance to sprout and gain some energy before going in the ground (and so the squirrels don’t get to them right out the gate) and within a few days, they’re popping out of the dirt. It’s like magic! I did take off one star because unfortunately they don’t come separated so you have NO idea what you’re planting unless you research each sunflower listed and what the seed looks like. It’s sorta like seed roulette when you plant them because you have no idea what’s going to surface, what it’s going to look like or how tall it’s going to get. I just pick a bunch of the same seeds, plant them in one pot and then replant in the ground. I don’t care much about knowing what’s what, but if you do, to help navigate what seed produces what flower, you could take pictures of the seeds and the pot they go in, then where you plant them. Too much leg work? Maybe - but it will yield the knowledge results you’re looking for. Otherwise just plant a bunch and see what comes up! The flowers last year were so beautiful - I was really very very pleased and everyone in the neighborhood commented on how pretty and unique they all were. Made for great bouquet cuttings all summer into the fall!

Sprouted right up. Growing a little each day. I love watching them mature. An assortment of kinds of sunflowers! LOVELY!!!

All the varieties grew and I was very impressed by how they stayed nice and neat planted in a row. I used them to edge one side of my garden. Several strong storms came through this summer and It didn’t break even one! They drew all types of pollinators bees, butterflies, and humming birds. Stem cutting they did very well and can last up to a week.

There are NOT 1000 seeds. Maybe 300. Not a single one germinated. The seeds I saved from my sunflowers last year all germinated, so it’s not the soil. Waste of money
