Q: Says to use 2x/day on washed, towel dried hair, so r u washing ur hair twice/day? Apply before or after conditioner?

I use it on my scalp at night before I go to bed.... I do wash my hair every morning, I don't use any products in it other than a light non aerosol hairspray. It is so fine, I have to wash it if I am going out in public, as I wake up looking like a cross between Beetlejuice and Kurt Cobain :)

Yes, and the hair I do have is healthier and thicker

I use it on towel dried hair after washing . Thats what the instructions say to do.

Q: is this different than the $9.00 bottles sold at walgreens?

I have not been able to get this for almost 2 yrs now. I loved it. Walgreens, where I live no longer, sells it, nor is it available online. Amazon has it for $69 and I am not spending that.
