Good Product - Think Twice About Sizing (2021 Tacoma)
Keep in mind I have experience doing leatherwork and a lot of tools sitting around for a job like this. I discarded the included needles, which are much larger than I like to use, and thread in favor of a gray, braided polycord I have. The leather feels pretty good. I won't discount the possibility that a surface finish will eventually rub off. But if there is one, it's a good one. This feels soft, supple, and like a decent split cowhide that's perfect for an application like this. This isn't a hard job though it will take a few hours. One half of my steering wheel looks great. The second half is a little messier. The problem, I think, comes from the Toyota Tacoma steering wheel being a little weird. The bottom is one thickness. There are two wide areas at 10 and 2. And the top is a lot thinner. I think that what happened is that the top, thinner area caused a bit extra leather to gather and get pulled forward to the end of the project. So, keep this in mind when picking the size. If you have a lot of variance in size, either get a custom fit cover or pick a size that splits some of the difference between the thickest and thinnest areas.

Suede wrap
Good quality and easy to stitch. Kinda on the tough side to tuck into your trim though

Best fit ever.
This steering wheel cover fit perfectly, looks and feels great. I've used a few covers from this company and every time the results look good every time. I've never run out of thread as you get plenty. The only issue I've had, and this is my fault, is remembering to have a thimble or a leather glove to prevent holes in my thumb. Brought back memories of being a 20 year old that knew it all. Thanks for a great product.

Great product for the price! L5 perfect fit for Toyota Camry SE 2014
Looks and feels great. The install was straightforward, only need to be patient and determined. It took me 1.5 hours to get it done.Only complaint is that the color is a dark shade of grey rather than black.

Color and feel
As far as you can expect for a DIY steering wheel wrap, it’s OK. The color of this wrap is not dark enough, to call it black is a stretch. The material is not bad, it’s better than most but still a little too fuzzy/artificial feeling. Could be an improvement to your car depending on your purpose but it didn’t work for what I was going for.

Nice look
Not perfect but for the price it’s nice. I’m no pro but did it up best I could. Would recommend

Almost 5 stars, one fatal flaw
I bought two of these because I thought I messed up the first one. Turns out, the problem I had is a design flaw. They could have a 5 star product if the runner threads (the threads around the edges) were tied, rather than being overlapped and poorly glued. The material is very nice quality and feels very soft to the touch, but quite grippy. I have absolutely zero complaints about the material, and wish I could find a cover made of the same material with better attention to quality of manufacture, as that is where the issue lies with this cover. For my first attempt, I started a couple inches to the left of the lower spoke on my steering wheel, working my way counter-clockwise around the wheel, and dummy stitched the front of the spokes, as directed by the included instructions. When I reached a point about 2 inches from the right side of the lower spoke, I felt a pop and the thread came loose.Initially, I blamed myself, I thought I had stitched it too tight and simply didn't leave myself enough slack to make ends meet (literally). So, I bought another and decided to do things a little differently, as the included instructions would also result in wrinkled and rough sections at the backs of the spokes. For the second attempt, I pre-fit the cover on the wheel and carefully measured and marked where each spoke would need to be stitched around. I, then, removed the cover and pre-did the dummy stitches for each spoke, both in front and behind. By doing so, I broke my lace-on stitching job into 3 parts, the top half, the lower right, and the lower left, and ensured that I couldn't put too much tension on any one section, as all of the threads were separate.I re-fit the cover onto the wheel and laced up the top section with no problems. I moved on to the lower right section, which is where the thread overlap and glue I mentioned above comes into play. As soon as I attempted to lace into the overlapped threads, *POP* the runner threads popped free of the glue. This time, I *KNOW* I didn't over-tension it, as I still had almost an entire half of the wheel left to lace up! I compared the first and second covers and found that both suffered from glue failures where the threads overlapped. Why have two 3-inch long sections of overlapping thread and use glue? It would not only probably be cheaper to knot the runner threads, but would make the product overall more durable. Now that I know the defect was not in my installation, I will be returning both as defective and purchasing something different.
