Q: I installed 1AA battery and cannot get the pendulum to work... how can I get it to work?

It has to be perfectly level from the wall, use the leveling pads that came with it on the bottom back to bring it out from the wall

Q: Where is this clock manufactured?

I don't know where it is manufactured, but I seem to remember that it was shipped from the U.K. I may be wrong, but it came sooner than anticipated. I really like the clock. Everyone who sees it comments on how unique it is.
