This cream Will work but you have to rub it into the bruise really well to break up the particles of blood. Do it at Least 3 times a day and soon you'll start to see it disappearing like the spot on my arm in the pix. It was a solid mass a week ago. I have noticed that the harder you hit yourself, the longer it takes to get rid of the bruise. Keep using the cream till the particles disappear completely or there will be tell tail bruising left behind :( Ugh... We do want smooth unblemished skin right?...Dont want to look like an elder abuse victim.. ha ha. After reading the reviews from the people who said it didnt work, I think it was because they just rubbed it on lightly a few times._ Keep your jar in the fridge. Keeps much better in there. Dont be afraid to try it. I'm thrilled that my skin is clearing up... Now to just stop racing around and scraping myself on every corner. : )

I started using Dermal K years ago for purpose of healing a spider vein and realized that it is a wonderful cream for whole face. Non-greasy, moisturizing. Seems to even have a skin firming effect. Be sure to price-shop on Amazon, as prices of different sellers vary greatly, with the most expensive 2 oz jars costing almost as the least expensive 4 oz jars.

Dermatologists agree that Vitamin K cream is the best next to laser surgery to getting rid of spider veins (and dark under-eye circles). But takes time. Six to eight weeks is the norm. And you have to wet or moisten your skin before you use it, which most people forget. I've seen a lot of complaints on here that it doesn't work. That's because they haven't kept with it long enough. It works, all right. Once I was hit in the face by a tennis ball (true!) and I got a monster black eye. Just before a Christmas party too. I covered it with the best make up I could find, but I still looked pretty bad. But every day, I used Vitamin K gel (which seems to have disappeared from the market). I kept on using it daily week after week, until it turned green and then yellow and finally it was gone. People told me it healed in about half the time of a normal black eye.Right now i am attacking spider veins I had since I was a teenager (so much for this being a sign of aging). They are responding, but very slowly. I can see that this is going to take some patience.As for under the eyes, nothing has worked so far. I am trying another product made just for the eyes, but if it fails, I'll go to this.Take heart, ye of instant gratification. You can spend thousands and get what you want right way. Or you can buy this little jar and get working now to have spider veins gone or reduced by summer.

I BOUGHT 3 JARS OF THIS CREAM & USED IT TWICE A DAY,EVERYDAY AND I DID NOT SEE ANY CHANGE IN MY LEGS !!!!!!!!!!I THINK THEY SHOULD GIVE ME A REFUND OF MY MONEY. I NEVER MISSED A DAY,TWICE A DAY OF USING THIS CREAM......I WOULD NOT RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE.......

have used this for over two months now daily but i have not seen any results on the dark circles under my eyes (which are caused by broken capillaries that y can see under the skin so this should help but doesnt unfortunately). i have applied this cream daily three times a day but nothing. very disappointed. giving it three stars because it is very moisturizing and a great value. two months later and i am only one third down the container. also it is very moisturizing and that is always good for the skin around the eyes. will keep using it for that until it is done. maybe i just need more time

It is more effective than arnica-based products, but don’t expect a cure!

I am extremely fair skinned and get small broken blood vessels on my face - esp near my eyes. I use this cream and they disappear after a few weeks. I have tried many products and this ones works the best. I also use it to reduce the appearance of spider veins and other redness on my legs. It helps the red patches on my hands as well. I recommend this product - the longer you use it, the better the result.
