everything is good about it, durability can only be talked after long term use , the chain and hooks given are good but their height is not long enough to have the bag at a decent level in a averagely calculated celing height, comes along with good wraps and punching bag gloves

I researched a lot for a good punching bag for myself and my son (85Kg and 45 Kg). This is an ideal weight for both of us. This is quiet heavy and rugged. I am in love after seeing the design and finish and just suits my taste. It takes all punches and leg kicks like a beast. Its quiet heavy so be very careful while mounting it on ceilings. Ensure you suspend it in an ideal height.Its a great exercise to drain calories fast and gives you great relaxation, Its a good stress buster too. I dont think anybody should go heavier than this unless they are of a macho built. I also advise not to go for very light versions. Rule of thumb is the punch bag weight should be more than half of your weight.I am very happy with the product, Its just a week after purchase but looks like it will last for long. takes punches without any deformationgreat delivery by Amazon but very slow to their standards but it is as promised. Overall, stunning looks, super quality, prefilled, chain provided to hang from ceiling, you are ready to punch from the moment you got it. great product, strongly recommend.
