Perfect size for little hands. Vivid colors. Easy clean up. We have practiced "supply etiquette" ever since she began drawing, but sometimes those markers are just too difficult to open and close for pre-schoolers (This young lady is 2). These are simple to access and the box is amazing for providing organized storage for between colors. The small amount she got on her wrist from the paper washed off easily. I don't know as for clothes, but I suspect it won't stain. Great product that we were introduced to by our local library children's art programs.

These paint sticks are THE BEST! The colors are very vibrant, and they are easy to use. Almost therapeutic! Plus, you can use a wet paintbrush to blend your colors together and give an even softer look to your artwork! They’re neat and clean so kids can’t make a huge mess with them!

Good for toddlers and mess free/ easy to clean. My toddler likes to draw on the floor now and then but it comes off easily

I use Stabilo Woody and Marabu Art Crayons in my own artwork and was planning to offer those up for my visiting 2 year-old grandson. Then another artist friend told me about these Chunkies. They are absolutely the perfect consistency (not too hard, not too soft and messy). They are easy to hold and make bold, thick strokes of color (unlike crayons or colored pencils.) No water needed. It's as easy as drawing with lipstick, but not at all messy. Worked wonderfully. I will probably buy myself a set!
