Q: Hi does this come with brush cleaner?

It does not come with cleaner; that has to be purchased separately.

Q: Does this work for brushes with foundation and/or concealer in them?

I have used mine with my foundation brushes and it works great.

Q: I have gotten simular brands of cleaners, the brushes fall off while cleaning which is very frustrating. Do thesebrushes stay on while cleaning???

So far, my brushes have stayed on during the few times I have used my cleaner system.

Q: How do you use the Starry Sky product?

The way I found to use this brush cleaner is to first find the attachment that best fits the brush handle. Once you do out that end into the brush agitator (make sure you’ve put batteries in first). Put your brush cleaner and water in the bowl part then depending on the size of the brush put the brush straight down or in an angle then press button on agitator. Is usually let it spin for a minute then stop to check if the brush is completely clean.
