Super helpful with post-surgical bruising. Arnica tabs usually give me a stomach ache, but not so with this product. The cream is just the right consistency to cover the bruising and is not too thick or sticky - it’s pleasant to massage into the bruising on my face. It’s a small tube, but the consistency means you don’t need much at a time. It goes a long way! My bruising is noticeably less than photos I’ve seen from other people who’ve had the same procedure during the same time frame. So, I’m very pleased and impressed.

I bought this to prepare for filler and/or botox treatments in my face. I took it for 3 days before the procedure, then 3 days after, and it worked very well in controlling the bruising I get during that procedure. I am very happy with this product and will buy it again in the future.

These really helped! I don't like to take Advil, Tylenol, and these really helped when I was sore or had pain. The cream also was amazing when I had a bruise!

I found the products were easy to take and easily melted under my tongue, as directed. I have not noticed a big difference yet with the pills or the cream { must shake up the tube) because I regularly take blood thinners and bruise easily anyway .I will continue to use them for awhile, especially since I am having a procedure done and more bruising is expected. Wish me luck!

I highly suggest trying the cream out on a small patch of skin prior to using on face or any noticeable part of body. . In the past I’ve used the pill form of Arnica and never had any issues. Thought the Arnica pills helped healing of bruises and worked well. So I used the cream recently post facial operation and had an awful allergic reaction. Not sure what’s in the cream’s formulation that caused it but rash appeared within 6 hours of usage and exactly where I applied the cream. I don’t typically have sensitive skin. My doctor had to order steroids and 72 hrs later I still have a terrible rash .

I ordered the Arnica Montana 30X & Arnica Cream Bundle and was pleased with the results. I researched, to the best of my ability, the interactions that it could have with my prescription medications before I used the pills. I started taking 8 pills (at a staggered time throughout the day) 4 days before my Morpheus8 treatments and 3 pills the day of the treatment and had no bruising. In addition, I used the arnica cream (religiously) the day of the treatment and the day after. FYI ... the 1st Morpheus8 treatment I had some bruising that lasted for 7+ days. With the next two treatments, I had no bruising. Happy with the Arnica combo package!!!
