Seems to work well and is fairly easy to use. Just two buttons. Seems to be built pretty solid. The only negative, and it is a small one, is that you have to tip it over to dump the water. Several time settings--you just keep pushing the button until you get the number of seconds you want. Cleaned our diamond rings really well as well as my dental appliance. For a dental appliance I suggest purchasing the iSonic CSDW01 Ultrasonic Cleaning Powder. For your rings I suggest warm water and dish soap or jewelry cleaner. This costs a little more than some but I feel confident that it will hold up well.

I used this for 1st time tonight to clean pisgtol parts. Works well. I used warm water and let items sit for a few mins in btwn three 4.8 min sessions. The timing settings are weird...odd amounts of time? So far so good.

Programmable timer. 3. Removable basket. 4. Clear display. Cons: 1. No drain plug. Final thoughts. For the price this is a great cleaner. I use it for many things around the house. Both for jewelry and hobby cleaning. I don't do gun or car parts so it's mostly light cleaning and it works great for that. I would consider moving up to the next model up with the heating element if this one continues to serve us well.

I've had this model for years and it works just wonderfully. Even channel-set stones are cleaned beautifully and they're the most difficult. Not for pearls or watches, etc. Two cycles of about 4 min. it perfect every time. Rinse out the bowl but do not submerge in water. Hagerty's pink jewelry cleaner is what I use diluted with some water per the instructions. This purchase will be a gift. Not inexpensive but all the others I had previously tried were ineffective.

The unit says its for 110v but it didn't come with a standard US AC plug, instead having some kind of pseudo-European style connector. Since I thought it was a European connector I went ahead and bought a European-US AC adapter but it turns out that doesn't fit either, so I don't know what kind of connector it is. As it stands I can't use the unit. I'm contacting the seller and will report back here with feedback.

Great machine. I'm using the cleaner to make liposomal vitamin C and it works beautifully. I can reset the timer before it cuts off, to continue the mixing for 30 minutes. And the container holds enough to let me double the ingredients. I highly recommend this machine to anyone who wants to mix their own liposomal solutions at home.

Good Unit runs good not too loud however the solvent doesn't heat as much as people talk about. Also if your measurements are close consider a bigger unit this one loses about a half inch using the plastic tray. Works well on gun parts.

Wow! My machine parts and attachments come out super clean and they look new. Each cleaning only takes three minutes and it's almost a miracle how good the parts look.

Instead of getting a $40 - $50 entry model, I decided to spend a few dollars more and got this true "commercial"model. Apparently the transducer type and increased wattage does make a difference. It cleaned an my diamond white gold ring, and yellow gold rings to look brand new right out of the store. Totally glad I got this unit, well worth the money to have your jewelry truly sparkle again. Robust, decent construction without the cheap "made in C****" feel.

Cleaned my gold necklace like it suppose to, very happy with the product and would definitely recommend if you are looking for something to make life easier when it comes to cleaning your precious and expensive jewelry

It's ok but not strong enough for what I need. Did not clean my items well. Had to redo everything at least 3 times.
