I’ve been dealing with nasal congestion all my life specifically at night when it wakes me up and keeps me from sleeping. I’ve tried it all, drugs, Nettie pot, drug sprays, you name it. None were a long term solution except for this and other equivalent saline spray products. It changed my life and has drastically improved my sleep.The way it works for me is you close one nostril with on hand and spray the product deep into your other nostril’s nasal passage and snort in multiple times at the same time until you can feel and taste the saline on the back of your throat. It takes maybe 3 seconds. I know it sounds gross but this ensures you are clearing out all the allergens in your nose. Then you quickly blow it all out hard onto a small washcloth and repeat the above 3 times. You are basically removing allergens and moisturizing your nasal passage at the same time. The whole procedure takes less than a minute!After the procedure you wait about 5-10 minutes and your nasal passages magically and naturally open up!! If it doesn’t just repeat the above. It is a truly amazing product that is so simple to use without any drugs! Changed my life!!

Works well, Ingredients are only salt and water. Nice spray, although I would not call it a mist like they do. It’s a little heavier than that but it’s still good for rinsing your nasal passages and it’s easy and pretty Free to use. Not a great for the money that you could get by a lot cheaper just mixing some salt and water. But it’s worth the convenience in my opinion.

Only one of the items worked properly. The other one quit working after two squirts of the product. Not worth my endstage time, with 24/7 oxygen, to go through the return work.
