If you're considering to purchase this, you're most welcome but before you do have a clear understanding of the amount of creatine you're getting per serving. It's just 600 mg per capsule which is just 0.6 grams and 3 to 5 grams is the normal dosage for optimal results. If you're a beginner you can go for it but I still advise you to you know surf a little more and you'll find better ones.
